Color: Straw. Nose: starts rather yeasty and acidic, on apple peels, lemon and sauvignon blanc, the peat kicking in a little later. Faint hints of antiseptic but not many more medicinal notes. Mouth: an immense saltiness and quite some earthy peat…notes of crystallised lemons and quite some liquorice wood. Finish long, balanced, almost perfect now, right between the peat, the lemon and the earthiness. Comments:Shy nose, good palate, great finish.
