This stout is the black of black chocolate. The head is huge, mocha brown, creamy and frothy. The head has great stamina and leaves excellent lacing on the glass. The aroma is of roasted malt, dark chocolate, coffee and a dash of lemon peel. The mouth feel is full and creamy with soft carbonation. The flavor is that of everything in the aroma. It is well bittered and the long aftertaste tapers to the semi sweet of dark chocolate. Incredible beer!
