Pale golden color. Sweet toffee, brown spice, citrus, and herbal agave aromas with a good deal of heat. A brisk, slightly tannic entry leads to slightly salty medium-bodied palate of roasted peppers, brined cheese, herbs, and brown spices. Finishes with a nice wave of spicy warmth and herbaceous agave notes. A good balance of wood and delicate agave but a bit overwhelmed by the heat.
