The Merlet family has been producing spirits for over 200 years in France (though the disillerie itself was founded in 1850) and has been producing liqueurs of various kinds in alambic stills since 1970.

Merlet Crème de Peche is a peach flavored liqueur made from fresh, vine-ripened peaches.

In their 2010 review, the Beverage Testing Institute said very simply: "Awesome."
